The Legal Assistance Program provides free legal assistance to low income area residents of Southern Chester County. Legal advice is provided by a licensed, experienced attorney weekly at La Comunidad Hispana. Legal advice is provided in many areas of the law including but not limited to:
Immigration and Naturalization
Consumer Relations
Collections
Landlord/ Tenant disputes
Domestic relations matters including child support, custody and divorce
Personal Injury and Property Damage matters including auto accidents
Drivers License Problems
Labor and Employment issues including Workers Compensation
