Description

Provides supportive community homes for individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. - Community Homes: Provide 24 hr supervision - Supported Living: 30 hrs/week in home services. Provide assistance with cooking, cleaning, financial management, managing medical appointments, personal hygiene, etc - Family Living: Match individuals with families that are compatible.
