Applicant must have lived or worked in Beaver County for minimum of 1 year at time of application. Selected families must be willing to partner with Habitat by completing "sweat equity" hours. HOUSING NEED:To qualify for a Habitat home, you must have a housing need such as paying 25% of your monthly income for rent, poor heating or plumbing, leaks in the roof, overcrowding (three to a bedroom), unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
Tuesday through Thursday, 9:30am to 3:30pm Saturday, 8:00am to 2:00pm

Habitat rehabilitates or builds new construction homes with volunteer labor and donated materials, then sells the homes with no profit and no interest mortgages, to low-income families who qualify and partner with us.

Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses alongside homeowner partner families. ReStores offer quality used and surplus building materials at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the sales help to fund the construction of Habitat houses within local communities.
