Eligibility
Applicant must have lived or worked in Beaver County for minimum of 1
year at time of application. Selected families must be willing to
partner with Habitat by completing "sweat equity" hours. HOUSING
NEED:To qualify for a Habitat home, you must have a housing need such
as paying 25% of your monthly income for rent, poor heating or
plumbing, leaks in the roof, overcrowding (three to a bedroom), unsafe
or unsanitary conditions.

Applications are available online or by calling our office during open application periods. If you are interested in partnering with Habitat and believe you qualify for a home (after reviewing our Partner Family Eligibility Guidelines), we encourage you to send an email (including your name, address, and phone number) to [email protected]. Your name will be added to our database and you will be notified by mail of our next application period.

Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses alongside homeowner partner families. ReStores offer quality used and surplus building materials at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the sales help to fund the construction of Habitat houses within local communities.
