Provides financial assistance for basic utilities, fuel, and housing costs. Also available to assist individuals in accessing the following programs: A) Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) B) PPL Operation Help C) Public assistance (food stamps, medical assistance, cash assistance); D)FEMA Funding (housing and utility costs).
