Serves non-traditional adult students. Must live or attend post-secondary trade school or college/university in northern Allegheny County north of the City of Pittsburgh Income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Addresses the needs of people in crisis, hardship and poverty in Northern Allegheny County. Provides energy assistance, employment services; transportation assistance; tax preparation; legal consultation; disaster relief; education assistance for adults; transportation assistance, and volunteer caregivers for the elderly.
