Teaches individuals who are blind, vision-impaired, or deaf-blind how to use their other senses, special equipment, and new techniques to live independently. General curricula have been established, but each individual benefits from an individualized program.

Offers training, rehabilitation, and supportive services to help people who are blind, deaf-blind, or vision impaired. Our programs and services help individuals live safely and remain or become independent and self-sufficient. We provide instruction in Personal Adjustment to Blindness and Computer Access Technology. We offer day programs, vocational and employment services, Low Vision and Primary Vision services, and coordinate supported employment opportunities. Children's Vision Screening is also offered.
