Transitional Housing for Single Mothers and their Children
Provides housing and supportive services to single mothers and their children who are experiencing homelessness or are survivors of domestic violence. Program includes case management and supportive services. Families at HEARTH are required to select an employment or education pathway to permanent housing.

Eligibility
Single mothers with children who are: A) Experiencing homelessness or survivors of domestic violence B) Sober for 6 months minimum C) Willing to work or attend school full time.
