HEARTH - Transitional Housing for Single Mothers and their Children
Single mothers with children who are:
A) Survivors of domestic violence, and/or are experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence
B) Sober for 6 months minimum
C) Willing to work or attend school full time
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Description
Provides housing and supportive services to single mothers and their children who are survivors of domestic violence, and/or are experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence. Program includes case management and supportive services. Families at HEARTH are required to select an employment or education pathway to permanent housing.
