HEARTH - Transitional Housing for Single Mothers and their Children

Provides housing and supportive services to single mothers and their children who are survivors of domestic violence, and/or are experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence. Program includes case management and supportive services. Families at HEARTH are required to select an employment or education pathway to permanent housing.

Fee

Monthly occupancy fee based on a portion of income.

Eligibility

Single mothers with children who are: A) Survivors of domestic violence, and/or are experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence B) Sober for 6 months minimum C) Willing to work or attend school full time
