Eligibility
18 years or older. Presence of or history of Serious Mental Illness,
diagnosis includes:Schizophrenia, Major Mood Disorder, Psychotic
Disorder NOS, Schizoaffective Disorder or Borderline Personality
Disorder (There is a Waiver for those that do not meet these
diagnostic criteria)The individual has to have a moderate to severe
impairment
