Eligibility

All Veterans who served in the US Military, to include: National Guard, Reserves, Cost Guard. Spouses of Veterans - includes those in same-sex and common law marriages, Widow or widower of a Veteran; Individuals who characterize their relationship as spousal can receive the vaccine. Caregivers of Veteran - Includes Family member or friend who provides care to the Veteran, Helps the Veteran with personal needs like feeding, bathing, or dressing; May also help the Veteran with tasks like shopping or transportation.

Hours

Must have scheduled appointment to receive the vaccine. Phone lines operational Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 PM.

If you meet the criteria listed above and are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, please call to schedule your appointment to receive the first does of the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine.
