Bridge of Hope - Centre County - Mentoring Program
Provides an individualized service agreement, guided by the participants developing goals, targeting risk predictors of homelessness including necessary counseling, financial planning assistance, personal mentoring, and case management coordination services in order to fulfill individual goals.

A) Single mother parenting children under age 18. B) Currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. C) Willing to relate to group of Neighboring Volunteers D) Illegal drug and alcohol abuse free for 1+ year. E) Willing to work toward financial stability through employment.
