Assists individuals and families through cancer treatment, the financial and social challenges associated with treatment, and provides disease, treatment, and support information. Information Specialists are specifically-trained oncology social workers, nurses, and health educators.

Offers both patient and professional educational programs, national teleconferences, family support groups, peer to peer support program called First Connection, patient financial aid, co-pay assistance and a Back to School program. All services are free of charge.
