Provides a single entry point to help find mental health support and services that meet the needs of youth and their families. Services include assessment; information and referral to mental health support specialists; and positive, pro-social opportunities and activities for youth to help prevent and/or reduce mental health issues. Also provides follow-ups to check on the youth's progress.
