Eligibility

Residential units and small businesses located in Lancaster City and County that generate recyclable materials; Materials will not be accepted from large businesses, commercial haulers or recyclable materials processors.

Tuesday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Supplements the residential curbside program by accepting grades of paper not currently collected at curbside including corrugated cardboard, office paper, chipboard and magazines/catalogs as well as hard and soft cover books.

Complaints regarding one of the Bureaus should go directly to that Bureau. If the complainant is not satisfied, they should then contact the Department of Public Works directly.
