Pike County Human Services - Emergency Rental Assistance Program
Pike County Renters could be eligible for up to 12 months of rental or utility assistance through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Due to funding availability, will be preferencing households which are facing immediate threat of eviction or utility shut off and first time applicants.

Eligibility
Pike County Renters. Applicants must meet County area median income guidelines. Applicants must have experienced a reduction of income due to COVID-19 from March 13, 2020, and be able to provide documentation of loss of income OR must have qualified for unemployment benefits OR incurred significant financial hardship due to COVID-19.
