Children who are bedless, are 3 years through 17 years, and have an accessible house or apartment in the Keystone Central School District with a large enough room. Legal guardian must be contactable via phone, text or email.

Bed recipient must be legal guardian of the child/children receiving the bed and also must be present for the bed delivery. To request a bed as a Referral, submit online SHP Application Form.
