A) Individuals aged 14 and 21 years old.
B) Must meet the criteria established under 55 PA Code, Section 3800.
C) Must be in need of temporary placement pending court approval of future treatment/living arrangements.
D) Pre-adjudicated and awaiting his/her court appearance to determine further disposition and has been placed into shelter by the court pending such disposition.
E) Must be in good health, mentally stable, and behaviorally stable enough to live in safe manner and controlled manner.
