Adults age 18 and older or emancipated minors fleeing intimate partner violence in Westmoreland County. Services are provided regardless of gender identity and sexual orientation.

Services include: 24-hour hotline, counseling, support groups, medical/legal advocacy, therapy for sexual assault victims, and emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children.
