Offers interest-free loans up to $10,000 for large expenses for people who live in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and Westmoreland counties who have a source of income. Loans can be for a range of reasons (e.g., home purchase or repairs/remodel, buying/fixing a car, tuition at all levels of study, initial security deposit, weddings, funerals, small business expenses, adoption/fertility, etc.). Loans are NOT given for rent, living expenses or monthly bills, cash flow, restitution or legal judgements, or luxury items). Also offers access to free financial coaching.
