Referral by Social Service agency, school social worker or counselor physician or church. Call and leave message with the following information: - Name and work telephone of referring agency - Name and address of person being referred - Gender and date of birth of those being referred - Name of person calling Calls will be returned and appointments set up by time and date. Families may access the clothing bank quarterly, in emergency call for information. Call prior to repeat visit to make appointment.
