Provides oversight of the following through the administrative office: Area Agency on Aging; Office of Children, Youth, and Families (Child Welfare Hotline: 1-800-932-0313); York-Adams Mental Health/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (York-Adams MH-IDD); York-Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission; York-Adams Health Choices Management Unit; and York County Youth Development Center.
