Eligibility
Recipient must work an average of at least 20 hours a week or work an average of at least 10 hours a week, attend training an average of at least 10 hours a week, have gross annual family income that is under 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guideline, and have at least one child under age 13 needing childcare.
