Allegheny County residents who: are age 18 or older on or before the day of the election, are United States citizens for at least one month before the election, and live in the election district in which they want to register and vote for at least 30 days before Election Day.
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Eligible individuals may: A) Visit in person to register at the Elections Division office. B) Visit the intake website to fill out the Online Voter Registration Form.
