YWCA Carlisle has been committed to empowering the community since 1919 through programs focused on gender equity, victim advocacy, racial justice, and youth leadership. Works towards strengthening our community by working within two core focuses: racial justice and the empowerment, health, and safety of women and girls, and people of marginalized genders. We are the sexual assault/rape/human trafficking crisis service provider for all of Cumberland County.
