Serves adults (age 18 and over) experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County.
Hours
During declared Code Blue or extreme weather conditions, the service is available from 7:00pm to 7:00am the following morning.

Application process
Arrive at Second Avenue Commons beginning at 7:00pm. If the on-site Winter Shelter is full, transportation is provided to an off-site location that is providing additional space during declared Code Blue and severe weather conditions.
