Residents of Waterford Borough, Waterford Township, LeBoeuf Township, and Mill Village who are unemployed, low-income, or government eligible.

Monthly 2nd & 3rd Thursday, 10:00am to noon 3rd Monday, 10am to noon 3rd Wednesday, 6:00pm to 8:00pm
