Residents up to age 18 who have no health insurance, whose health insurance does not cover immunizations, or are enrolled in Medicaid (Medical Assistance).

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm by appointment only.

Provides free immunizations for eligible children and youth.Immunizations include diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophiles influenzae Type b (Hib), measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza (flu shot), pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease, and human papillomavirus (HPV).
