Residents of Montgomery County up to age 18 who have no health insurance, whose health insurance does not cover immunizations, or are enrolled in Medicaid (Medical Assistance)

Description

Provides free immunizations for eligible children and youth up to age 18. Immunizations include diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophilus influenzae Type b (Hib), measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza (flu shot), pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease, and human papillomavirus (HPV).
