Childhood Immunizations
Provides free immunizations for eligible children and youth up to age 18. Immunizations include diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophilus influenzae Type b (Hib), measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza (flu shot), pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease, and human papillomavirus (HPV).

It is the mission of the Montgomery County Health Department to assure the provision of services that promote, protect and preserve the public's health. The Health Department protects the publicâs health by permitting, licensing and inspecting eating and drinking establishments, camps and campgrounds, mobile home parks, swimming pools, on-lot sewage systems and individualâs wells. We operate clinics that provide immunizations, testing for childhood lead poisoning, HIV, sexually transmitted diseases (STD) and tuberculosis (TB), and treatment for STD and TB. Additional services provide breast and cervical cancer screenings, home visits for pregnant and new moms, car seat safety checks, and educational programs.
