Community Services Group - Independent Living Services

A recovery and resiliency based program which enhances an individual's independence and quality of life. This is achieved by supporting and empowering the individual to identify and participate in educational, community, vocational, social, daily living and wellness activities of their choice. The hope is that this will increase their quality of life with the amount of support each individual desires, that will improve their current living situation. Individually and voluntarily driven as well as community based, with opportunities coming right to the individual's home. Services includes obtaining/maintaining housing, transportation, nutrition, money management, interpersonal skills, community participation and time management.
