Provides transportation for medical appointments and related needs (grocery shopping, banking, personal needs shopping) for people who are blind or visually impaired. First come, first served as drivers are available.

Provides Central Pennsylvania residents (Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Union Counties) who are blind or visually impaired with the supportive programs and services needed to live fulfilling and self-sufficient lives in their own homes. Provides vision screenings and educational programs for preschoolers and adults. Offers a low-cost eye care program for income eligible residents.
