Parent Help AKA Child Abduction Prevention and Support Services has a toll-free number (1-800-A-WAY-OUT) to connect families impacted by child custody crisis, parental abduction and denied visitation to services including preventive action, conflict resolution, mediation and legal advocacy. Also conducts educational programs for the public on runaway and abduction prevention.
