Eligibility
All recipients must meet the following criteria:
Total household income is within the Income guidelines of up to:
Total Income Cannot Exceed
1 person household: $29,526
2 person household: $40,034
3 person household: $50,542
4 person household: $61,050
Recipient is 60 years old or older (or will turn 60 by December 31, 2026) and lives in Clinton County or Lycoming County
