Walk in during assistance times. First come, first serve. The 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. Sign in is at 8:30 a.m.

Provides financial assistance with utility bills, IDs, and bus passes; assistance limited to once per year. Utility Assistance requires ID, proof of household income, and hard paper copy of the utility bill. Water bills for renters will required a copy of current lease. Bus passes require proof of employment or medical appointment.
