Eligibility

Individuals who live in the service area and have an ongoing disability that prevents them from being able to shop or prepare meals for themselves.

Hours

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Meals are delivered: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
