Helps community members attain public assistance benefits such as food stamps (SNAP), rent and utilities payment assistant, and income support. Services include short-term case management, connection to energy conservation and utility assistance programs, utility reconnection programs, public benefits navigation, connection to legal and immigration assistance programs, and linkage to community resources.
