Advocate Services
Serve at-risk youth and families to develop community linkages, positive role models, strength-based agency, individualized service planning. - Individual, group and family intervention to promote social/emotional development; Advocates provide supportive relationship to youth who live at home, work 7-15 hours/week with assigned youth. - Development of life skills/social skills - Recreational activities - Health and hygiene development - Goal development and planning - Advocate/positive involvement of youth with school, community and family - Transportation can be provided - In-home services are available - Behavioral Health/wrap-around program with behavioral specialist/consultants, mobile therapy, therapeutic staff support - MR waiver program - Adult Autism Program

Adjudicated delinquents, D&A offenders, emotionally disturbed, mentally challenged, abused; 3-21 years old, wraparound service for youth with medical assistance or third party billing

Youth Advocate Programs
YAP offers a full network of Behavioral Health Programs in the community. By offering a continuum of interventions, families have the opportunity to maintain consistency and fluency in their natural settings (school, home, community). Community based treatment provided within the home, school or community to assist in addressing behavioral and emotional needs for children from 2 years to 21 years of age. Services offered include individual and family therapy, behavior modification, social skills development, ecclectic skill building for children within the Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are funded through Medical Assistance.
