Offers community services including participation in the solanco fair, annual community auction operation of SEC, community pool (private parties, swim lessons, swim team, senior size and water aerobics, maintains two lighted sand volleyball courts for public use, annual spring plant sale, teen night activities
and annual golf outing and more.
