Offers services based on the childâs educational needs, as well as the IEP team's recommendation. These services may be provided in the home, at a daycare or preschool facility, Head Start class, or other special placement.
A child must exhibit a 25% delay in at least one or more of the following developmental domains in order to be eligible for services:
