Anyone interested in applying for our Homeownership program must come to our office to pick up an application. Program information is available via telephone, internet, and when visiting our office. Applications cannot be mailed or emailed. Applications must be picked up in person.

Description
Non-profit organization builds houses for families in need. Families must have resided in the Lehigh Valley for at least 12 months, meet income guidelines and be willing to contribute 250 hours of "sweat equity" into the construction of their own and other houses. Donations of some construction materials and vehicles are accepted. Vehicles which cannot be used, will be sold through www.carsforhomes.org. Volunteer opportunities are also available.

Creates affordable home ownership opportunities with and for low income families. Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses alongside homeowner partner families. ReStores offer quality used and surplus building materials at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the sales help to fund the construction of Habitat houses within local communities.
