Eligibility

Available to all Allegheny County residents, as well as to individuals and agencies providing assistance to those served by the Area Agency on Aging, the Offices of Behavioral Health, Children Youth and Families (CYF), Community Services (OCS), and Office of Developmental Supports (ODS).

Phone answered Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Drop-In Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm Website available 24/7 Messages left after normal business hours will be returned as soon as possible the next business day.

Application process

By phone: Call the toll free Main Service number or send a text message saying "Action" to 412-324-3388 and someone will either email or call back. Online: Visit the intake website for more information and to fill out the contact form. By Email: Send a message with your name, contact information, and the nature of your need. In-person: Visit in person during business hours.
