Low-income, payment-troubled customers at or below 150% of the Federal poverty level and a demonstrated or expressed inability to pay their electric service bill

Website available 24/7. Duquesne Light Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. CAP Assistance Agencies office hours vary.
