All Non-Emergency numbers are direct lines to County-Wide Communications, Lancaster County's 24-hour public safety answering point for all 911 calls. Staff provides emergency dispatch service for police, fire and ambulance needs. Maintains a supply of "911" phone stickers which they can distribute to the public. Will refer animal problems to the proper authorities, including stray and barking dog complaints in the city.
