Provides a process for parents/ guardians to engage their drug and/or alcohol involved child in treatment services. Initially, the child will undergo an assessment and voluntarily enter treatment. Should the child not comply, a court hearing will be held to reinforce compliance or to order Berks County Children and Youth Services involvement.
