Description
Provides skilled nursing care for patients who are in need of short or long term rehabilitation, post acute, sub acute, or long term care. Specialized clinical services include wound care, IV therapy, tracheotomy care, post-operative care, bariatric care, and diabetes management. Speech, occupational, physical, and pulmonary therapy services are offered 6 days a week in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
