1. Email us or check our service map to see if you live in a neighborhood where we work. 2. If you fall within our service area and meet eligibility requirements, we will direct you to the appropriate Community Partner who will take down your information and add you to the waitlist. ***PLEASE NOTE: Wait times range from one year to several years depending on neighborhood and being on the waitlist is not a guarantee of repairs. 3. If you are selected, RTP or our Community Partner will contact you to fill out an application for repairs. 4. One of our program managers will contact you to set up an inspection to assess the health and safety of your home (according to our 25 Safe and Healthy Priorities). The home inspection is also a time for homeowners to share their repair priorities. 5. Our team will prepare a Work To Perform agreement detailing the repairs that will be provided. 6. RTP staff and contractors will begin working on your home. 7. Once all repairs are completed, RTP staff will conduct a final inspection and provide final paperwork including a closeout packet with home maintenance tips and contact information for all contractors should an issue arise within the warranty period.
