Description

Assists consumers to gain entry to the mental health system and coordinates other services. Offers help which includes preauthorization of services and provides referral to specialized care and other community programs. Monitors quality of service delivery, educates about assisted outpatient treatment (AOT), and provides emergency services during daytime hours.
