Description
Offers acute stabilization counseling providing brief, time-limited therapy and counseling to identified, at-risk clients. In addition, the Acute Stabilization Counselor works with existing clinical and case management staff to promote stabilization. Also provides therapy referrals, evaluations, and individual counseling.
