Description
Serves as the Coordinated Entry agency for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Westmoreland County. Works with the Western Pennsylvania Continuum of Care (WCoC) system to provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, help with locating and establishing a new residence, and case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout the region.
