A. Philip Randolph Institute - Pittsburgh Chapter - Breaking the Chains of Poverty Pre-Apprenticeship Program

Offers eight-week pre-apprenticeship program designed to help individuals build the skill necessary to obtain good-paying careers in the building and construction trades, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Students receive six industry-recognized certifications and life skills training.
