Chester County Planning Commission
A County agency, advisory to Commissioners. Program focus is data and information distribution, county-wide inter-municipal planning, as well as resource and technical services to local governments. Prepares special studies, comprehensive plans and informational reports. Reviews all land subdivisions, developments and zoning changes. Coordinates planning activities with state and federal agencies, and represents County at Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission.
