Supports veterans in need by providing case management, emergency housing, supportive services, and homeless prevention. Possible assistance with rental, utility, child care, transportation, car repairs, etc.

Eligibility

Serves individual veterans and families in which the head of the household or their spouse is a veteran. Household income can't exceed 50% of annual median income Also must meet one of the following categories: A) Residing in permanent housing but at risk of losing housing or utility service, B) Experiencing homelessness and scheduled to move into permanent housing within 90 days C) Left permanent housing within the past 90 days to seek other housing
